Graham McIntosh – Group Chief Executive
Graham has spent his entire career, which spans over 35 years, in the property industry.
During this time Graham held Senior Management and Board level appointments with the majority of the leading national Estate Agents including Your Move, Countrywide and Reeds Rains as well as being Sales Director of a leading New Homes Builder, before which he owned his own Estate Agency.
He has enormous experience of the repossession and asset management side of the property market as well as the Valuation and Survey operations, and he has a reputation for innovative solutions to property issues.
Chris Finney – Group Managing Director
Chris has over 12 years’ experience in the Financial Services and Residential Valuation industry and is CeMAP qualified.
Chris spent over six successful years gaining invaluable experience as Operations Director for a private Valuation firm responsible for distributing valuations nationwide. He focused on developing key relationships with many of the Lenders and Societies ensuring the quality and risk side of the business was adhered to. He was also responsible for growing the Operations team which at its peek controlled over 8,000 Valuations a month and grew the surveying network to over 900 firms to ensure the company became one of the largest Private Valuation companies in the UK.
Chris has also enjoyed time in Financial services with Northern Rock where he concentrated on sales and processing of residential mortgages. Before this he started his career in Estate Agency working for Your Move and Reeds Rains.
Tony Ibson
Tony has 20 years’ experience in Financial Services and is both FPC & CeMAP qualified.
Tony has enjoyed spells with General Accident Life (now part of the Norwich Union group), Scottish Provident and most recently the Newcastle Building Society, where he spent 11 successful years in a variety of roles, progressing to the positions of Direct Sales Manager for the Society and Sales Director for its mortgage processing subsidiary, Newcastle Mortgage Services Ltd.
Tony networks with many well respected individuals and brands in the mortgage and financial services sectors. His key clients include numerous lenders and mortgage networks. He has also created a number of funding lines from a range of lenders.
Angus Macnaughton
Angus has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services and is FPC qualified.
He has gathered invaluable experience at Clydesdale Bank, Nationwide Building Society and, most recently, Newcastle Building Society where he was Corporate Development Executive. He was also Managing Director of the Society’s mortgage processing company, Newcastle Mortgage Services Limited, and Managing Director of The Mortgage Advisor broking company.
Angus was also a Director of Newcastle Savings Management Limited which provided savings administration services, and Newcastle Strategic Solutions, the Society third party holding company. These functions were undertaken as a Financial Services “Approved Person”.
Angus has developed expertise in third party strategic business development, and has worked with a significant number of recognised brands including SAGA, Telegraph Group, BMW Financial Services, Readers Digest, Trinity Mirror and Bradford & Bingley.
